AVENIO Surveillance and Monitoring Kits

The AVENIO Surveillance and Monitoring Kits are a portfolio of NGS assays for longitudinal monitoring of tumor burden and minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment to be used in oncology research.

• Purpose-built for ultra-low detection of ctDNA positive or ctDNA negative
• Smart panel design contains 180 algorithmically-defined biomarkers for longitudinal monitoring of tumor burden
• All four mutation classes (SNVs, indels, fusions and CNVs) in a single DNA workflow¹
• Matched ctDNA (liquid biopsy) and tissue panels (same genes, gene regions and hybrid-capture workflow) to facilitate concordance analysis, tumor-informed MRD detection, or longitudinal monitoring (tissue or blood plasma to establish baseline, and blood plasma for serial testing)
