Overview
SeqCap® Epi CpGiant Probes enable you to target selected genomic regions for epigenetic studies from bisulfite-treated genomic DNA in a single workflow. Built on the Roche Sequencing Solutions proprietary probe design and manufacturing technologies, SeqCap Epi CpGiant Probes serve as an effective screening tool to identify specific regions in the genome for methylation variation assessment.
